THE TIDE IS HIGH & I’M MOVING ON…

Like many GEN X women, I’ve spent my life doing what I was expected to do. I was a TV news producer for nearly half of my life until I did something that shocked even ME: I quit. I spent several years creating social media content for small business and building a social media community, but when the time came to put my son in college, I did something even more unexpected.

I sold my house, gave away just about everything in it— and moved 1,000 miles away to the NYC area.

Some would call that a midlife “crisis.”

To that, I would say, it’s called midLIFE.

If you’re lucky, the average lifespan of a woman in the US is 79 years old. What are we going to do with this next 20, 30, 40 years we have left?

I’m going to spend it LIFE-ing. I hope you’ll join me on this adventure, where we can learn from one another, grow with one another and, most importantly, learn to embrace everything that makes you— YOU.
